ATLANTA - A trial court properly awarded damages to a lawyer based on a finding that a former client posted negative statements about her on a consumer review website that constituted libel per se, a Georgia Court of Appeals panel ruled March 12, finding that state law permitted recovery for "wounded feelings" under such a claim (Vivek A. Pampattiwar v. Jan V. Hinson, et al., No. A13A2432, Ga. App.; 2014 Ga. App. LEXIS 132).
