BOSTON - Forest Laboratories Inc. has dropped its appeal of a Missouri consumer refund class certification for the antidepressant drugs Celexa and Lexapro and agreed to a settlement worth $7.65 million to $10.35 million, plaintiffs say in a brief filed March 12 in the Massachusetts multidistrict litigation court overseeing the litigation (In Re: Celexa and Lexapro Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2067, No. 1:09-md-2067, D. Mass.).
