LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - A federal judge in Arkansas on March 17 ordered a firm to pay more than $168,000 in penalties after it was found to have illegally placed "robo calls" to promote its credit card interest rate-reduction business (Arkansas, State of v. Financial Management Partners Inc., et al., No. 12-0498, E.D. Ark.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 34249).
