SANTA ANA, Calif. - A California court on March 17 affirmed the majority of a ruling in favor of a tenant who asserted that his rental property contained dangerous conditions but found that he failed to provide appropriate notice of mold and other issues that breached the warranty of habitability (Bogdan Grabowiec v. Robert Schopmeyer, No. G047312, Calif. App., 4th Dist., Div. 3; 2014 Cal. App. Unpub. LEXIS 1869).
