PASADENA, Calif. - The Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on March 20 reinstated a lawsuit accusing a hotel chain of violating California law by recording calls to a customer service telephone line without consent (Rick Young, et al. v. Hilton Worldwide, Inc., et al., No. 12-56189, 9th Cir.; 2014 U.S. App. LEXIS 5271).
