FORT MYERS, Fla. - A Florida federal judge on April 29 ordered an insurer to produce certain documents regarding its coverage decisions for an underlying construction defects case because the documents are not protected by work product doctrine or attorney-client privilege (Amerisure Mutual Insurance Co. and Amerisure Insurance Co. v. Crum & Forster Specialty Insurance Co. and Evanston Insurance Co., No. 12-443, M.D. Fla.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 59265).
