KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A majority of a Missouri appeals court on April 29 reversed and remanded a lower court's summary judgment ruling in favor of a professional liability insurer in an equitable garnishment action seeking to recoup $940,844.82 in damages awarded against an attorney insured in an underlying legal malpractice lawsuit (Jimmie Lee Taylor v. The Bar Plan Mutual Insurance Company, et al., No. WD76380, Mo. App., Western Dist., Special Div.; 2014 Mo. App. LEXIS 486).
