DETROIT - A group of creditors in the Chapter 9 bankruptcy of the City of Detroit on April 30 filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan a designation of items to be included in the record on appeal as it contests the Bankruptcy Court's order approving the city's motion for $120 million in post-petition financing (In Re: The City of Detroit, No. 13-53846, Chapter 9, E.D. Mich. Bkcy.).
