Mealey's Bankruptcy - Lightsquared: Testimony Should Be Stricken For 'Indefensible Conduct'

NEW YORK - Bankrupt Lightsquared Inc. on May 2 filed a brief in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, arguing that the Bankruptcy Court should strike portions of expert testimony that were provided by witnesses during the confirmation hearing for the third amended joint plan for Chapter 11 reorganization on grounds the witnesses and counsel engaged in "indefensible conduct" (In Re: Lightsquared Inc., No. 12-12080, Chapter 11, S.D. N.Y. Bkcy.).
