OKLAHOMA CITY - An indoor air exclusion is not ambiguous and clearly precludes coverage for underlying claims stemming from carbon monoxide poisoning at an insured hotel, an Oklahoma federal judge said May 14 (Siloam Springs Hotel LLC v. Century Surety Co., No. 13-572, W.D. Okla.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 65935).
