PITTSBURGH - Providing or facilitating the provision of contraceptive coverage imposes a substantial burden on religious freedom and absent an injunction would leave plaintiffs choosing between their beliefs and costly fines, a Pennsylvania federal judge held June 20 (Most Reverend Lawrence E.
