Mealey's Toxic Tort/Environmental - Judge: Veteran's Prostate Condition, Hepatitis C Not Due To Agent Orange

WASHINGTON, D.C. - A federal judge in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims on July 16 affirmed a decision by the Board of Veterans' Appeals denying benefits to a veteran who contended that his exposure to Agent Orange during the Vietnam War was responsible for his enlarged prostate and gave him hepatitis C (Robert W. Moore v. Sloan D. Gibson, No. 13-1631, Vet. Clms.; 2014 U.S. App. Vet. Claims LEXIS 1217).
