Eric Rubenstein is a partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, where he is co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department. He successfully handles transactions involving shopping centers, office buildings, hotels and resorts, apartment complexes, retail sites, nursing homes, assisted care facilities, warehouses, industrial sites, vacant land, commercial and residential cooperatives and lofts, and partnership interests, among others.
Mr. Rubenstein personally closed the $210,000,000+ sale of Jericho Plaza, one of the largest one-site real estate transactions in Long Island history, as well as the $190,000,000+ sale of EAB (now RXR) Plaza.
Mr. Rubenstein was senior real estate associate in New York City with Baker & McKenzie and Mudge Rose. Mr. Rubenstein then spent six years as in-house real estate counsel for a division of ABN AMRO Bank in Long Island and New York City, prior to joining Ruskin Mr. Rubenstein is very active in philanthropy and community activities, and was named “Super Lawyer” in 2014.
