Access documents in the Disney Appeal—follow the instructions below


Welcome to LexisNexis File & Serve

This page is designed to assist researchers, media organizations and others interested in gaining real time access to public documents filed in the using the LexisNexis® File & Serve system. Below are instructions on how to set up an account and how to access case documents in the system once your account has been established. If at any point you need assistance, please contact LexisNexis Customer Support at 1.888.529.7587.


Easy Registration

First, determine whether your organization already has an account with LexisNexis File & Serve. If an account already exists, all that you need to do is contact your organization's LexisNexis File & Serve administrator to obtain a user name and password. If you are not sure whether your organization has an account or who your administrator is, please call LexisNexis Customer Support at 1.888.529.7587.

If your organization does not have an existing account, please follow these steps:
  1. Visit our registration page.
  2. You will be prompted to complete a registration form by adding contact information for your organization and any individuals within your organization who would like to use the LexisNexis File & Serve system.
Logging On:
  1. Visit: http://www.lexisnexis.com/fileandserve
  2. Click on the Sign On button.
  3. Enter your user name and password in the fields provided, and click Sign On.
Searching for documents:
  1. Click on the Search tab at the top of your LexisNexis File & Serve home page.
  2. Select a state from the Court Jurisdiction drop-down.
  3. Select a court from the Available Courts drop-down.
  4. Select contains from the Case Name drop-down and type in a portion of your case name. If you know the case number, select equals from the Case Number drop-down and type it in.
  5. Select Filings in All Cases at the bottom of the page, and then click on the Search button.
  6. Click on Details for your case to see a list of documents filed in the case. In this screen you can view, print and download documents.
