SAN JOSE, Calif. - A California federal judge on Oct. 29 granted a renewed motion for default judgment by Facebook Inc. against so-called "spam king" Sanford Wallace for violations of the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing (CAN-SPAM) Act and California Business and Professions Code Section 22948, awarding more than $711 million to the popular social networking Web site (Facebook Inc. v.
