MONTGOMERY, Ala. - An Alabama federal judge on Oct. 29 granted summary judgment in favor of a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) in a reimbursement dispute, saying that contracts between the parties permitted the PBM to amend the documents governing the updating of reimbursement methods (Pearson's Pharmacy Inc., et al. v.
