U.S. Supreme Court Grants Certiorari In FEHBA Case
WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Supreme Court on Oct. 13 granted certiorari to determine whether the Federal Employees Health Benefits Act (FEHBA) completely preempts state court suits challenging enrollment and health benefits determinations made under FEHBA in a case in which a health plan administrator allegedly wrongfully removed a child from his mother's health care insurance (Health Care Service Corp. v.
