Digitek Defendants Oppose Reconsideration Of Denial Of Class Certification

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - In a June 22 opposition brief, the defendants in the Digitek multidistrict litigation argue that the court properly considered and denied the plaintiffs' arguments in support of certification of a consolidated consumer class action (In Re: Digitek Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1968, No. 08-md-1968, S.D.
