Pa. Court: Those Who Recovered For Fear Of Cancer Can Later File Cancer Case
HARRISBURG, Pa. - A couple who recovered damages for a man's fear of cancer are not barred by Pennsylvania's subsequent prohibition on fear of cancer claims from suing a company not involved in the first suit for a later developed cancer, a divided Pennsylvania Supreme Court held Oct 21 (Eleanor Abrams, executrix of the estate of Kenneth Abrams v.
