California Court Finds Causation Evidence Sufficient, Affirms $6M Asbestos Verdict
SAN FRANCISCO - A woman presented sufficient evidence that she would have suffered frequent and abundant exposure to a defendant's asbestos-containing product, and she need not quantify the actual dosage, a California appeals court held in affirming a $6,289,544 verdict (Joan Mahoney, et al. v.
