10th Circuit Affirms Penalty Against TMJ Maker For Not Reporting Adverse Events
DENVER - A panel of the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Oct. 27 affirmed a $170,000 penalty against the maker of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) implants and its president for knowingly failing to report adverse events to the Food and Drug Administration (TMJ Implants, Inc., et al. v.
