$7M Florida Accutane Verdict Reversed By Appeals Court On Learned Intermediary
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - A Florida appeals court panel on Oct. 27 reversed a $7 million Accutane inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) verdict, finding that the plaintiff had not proven failure to warn and causation and that his claim was barred by the learned intermediary doctrine (Hoffman-La Roche Inc., et al. v.
