$12.8M N.J. Accutane Verdict Cut $450,000, But Most Defense Motions Denied
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - A New Jersey judge on Wednesday ordered a $450,000 reduction in a pain and suffering award for an Accutane inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) plaintiff but denied motions for judgment as a matter of law or a new trial in her case and two other cases (In Re: Accutane Litigation, No. 271 MT, Kelly Mace v.
