8th Circuit Upholds $2.75 Million Prempro Verdict, Orders New Punitive Damages Trial
ST. LOUIS - The Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Nov. 2 affirmed a jury's $2.75 million compensatory damages award to a woman who claims that her use of Premarin, Prempro and Provera caused her to develop breast cancer and ordered a new trial on her punitive damages claim against Wyeth (Donna Scroggin v.
