Injured Construction Worker Lands $56 Million Verdict In Texas State Court
SAN ANTONIO - A Texas jury on Jan. 28 awarded more than $56 million in damages to a construction worker who was paralyzed while using a piece of Caterpillar equipment and to his wife, finding that defects and lax maintenance led to the man's injuries (Alfonso Lopez, et al. v.
