2nd Fosamax Bellwether Case Dismissed When Doctors Are Disqualified As Experts
NEW YORK - The second of three bellwether trials scheduled in the federal Fosamax multidistrict litigation was dismissed on summary judgment on Nov. 23 after the judge found that two treating physicians were not qualified to testify as causation experts (In Re: Fosamax Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1789, No. 06-md-1789, Bessie Flemings v.
