Marianne Blair is a legal expert on family law and Professor of Law at the University of Tulsa College of Law. She is co-author of Family Law in the World Community and International Family Law, Conventions, Statues, and Regulatory Materials (2003). She is also contributing author to Adoption Law and Practice, the leading treatise on adoption law, and has had her articles published in the North Carolina Law Review, Notre Dame Law Review and Family Law Quarterly.
Blair's many accomplishments include serving on the Oklahoma legislative committee which revised the state's adoption code (1997) and chairing the Association of American Law Schools' family and juvenile law section (1996). Since joining TU's College of Law in 1996, Blair has been honored with its Outstanding Teacher Award (1992) and the College of Law's Outstanding Professor Award (1989, 1990, 1991). She is regularly quoted in Tulsa local publications including Tulsa World.
