Dona Cohn-Payne is a LexisNexis legal expert with more than 21 years of experience practicing automobile and premises liability law on behalf of plaintiffs. She has experience in all aspects of civil trial practice and has handled over a thousand personal injury cases involving automobile and motorcycle collisions, premises liability, defective product liability and medical malpractice.
