Florida Workers' Compensation Handbook, published by the Matthew Bender/LexisNexis Publishing Company. Now in its eighth edition, this handbook is part of Lexis' Larson series on workers' compensation law, and has been cited as an authority by Florida's First District Court of Appeal.
Dubreuil's professional experience includes service as the senior vice president of claims for a major insurance carrier, an independent consultant, expert witness, legal researcher and court certified mediator. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a mediator, and licensed by the State of Florida as an all lines insurance adjuster, general lines insurance agent and surplus lines insurance agent. He is also board certified in workers' compensation claims by the Workers' Compensation Claims Professionals' Association, Florida Division of Workers' Compensation and the Florida Department of Insurance.
Dubreuil is a past member and president of the Statewide Advisory Committee to the Florida Division of Workers' Compensation. He also served a four-year term as a member of the Statewide Nominating Commission for Judges of Compensation Claims. He is a graduate of Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Fla., and the Insurance Institute of America, where he earned the professional designations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Claims and Associate in Risk Management.
