Philip Fulton is an expert on personal injury law and has 24 years of experience representing injured workers and victims of disability. He is the author of the well-known treatise on workers' compensation, Ohio Workers Compensation Law, published by Anderson Publishing Company (1991, 1998). He is past chairperson of the Franklin County Trial Lawyers Association Workers' Compensation Section, and has twice been chairperson of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers' Workers Compensation Section.
Fulton's honors and awards include being named in Law and Politics magazine's Best Lawyers in America and Ohio Super Lawyers (2004), receiving the Distinguished Service Award from the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers (1992, 2004), and being inducted into the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers' Association's Workers' Compensation Hall of Fame (1997).
