He is editor of the Matthew Bender publication, Social Security Practice Guide. He is also a consultant to the Legal Council for the Elderly, and a founding member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Glancy is very politically and socially active in his community.
