An experienced appellate practice attorney, Rhonda Kay has written course materials for various bar association seminars including the prestigious "Decisions" seminar, which advises attorneys throughout New York State on recent changes and developments in the law. In addition, she has co-authored a chapter in a product liability treatise.
As a partner at Gair, Gair, Conason, Steigman & Mackauf, she has prepared and argued appeals in the Appellate Divisions of the First, Second, and Third Departments, as well as New York State's Court of Appeals. Prior to joining the firm in 1992, she served as a Senior Court Attorney in the Appellate Division, Second Department.
