William Kenworthy is the author of the Transportation Safety and Insurance, Third Edition and Killer Roads: From Crash to Verdict . He has also written for the Transportation Law Journal and is the author of Occupational Safety and Health Law.
Michael Roberts is the author of Alabama Tort Law and its various editions and supplements, as well as numerous articles for law reviews and journals. He has more than 26 years of experience in tort law and is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.
