State v. Jackson Case File



The State of Nita charged Arthur Jackson and Sonia Peterson with commercial arson of Flinders Aluminum Fabrication Company. It was alleged that the two arranged for George Avery to destroy Flinders by fire. Avery died in the fire. The case was tried in 2008 and resulted in a hung jury. Peterson has since pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit a felony and agreed to testify against Jackson.
