    • The late Irving Younger was the speaker of some of NITA's most famous recorded lectures. His legacy of The Ten Commandments of Cross-Examination carries on today, thirty years later. Mr. Younger is the face behind such NITA DVD series as "Mastering the Art of Cross Examination" (1987) and "Basic Concepts in the Law of Evidence" (1975). He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and his law degree from New York University Law School in 1958. He practiced at several private law firms, including his own, and served as an assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York (1960?1962). He was judge of the Civil Court of the City of New York (1969-1974) as well as a professor of law at NYU Law School, Cornell University Law School and at the University of Minnesota Law School.
