Redwood Forum

What is the Redwood Forum?
The Redwood Forum is an opportunity for Redwood clients to communicate directly with each other and with Redwood about implementing and using our Business Intelligence software and services, and to hear from Redwood about our current research and ongoing analysis.  Each session will also include information about new solutions or products in development.  Client discourse including feedback, questions, and comments are welcome throughout the session.  The Redwood Forum meets on WebEx.

When is the Redwood Forum?
The Redwood Forum meets quarterly on the second Thursday of the month at 2 pm EST for one hour.  The next meeting is scheduled for November 12, 2009.  Dates and times for 2010 will be posted here shortly.

How will the Redwood Forum work?
There will be three topics discussed – one that is led by a client, one that is led by Redwood Research, and one that is led by a Redwood Product Manager.

The first call to register will be sent about four weeks prior to the meeting.  Approximately two weeks before the session you will receive a confirmed agenda along with a reminder to register, if you have not already done so.  Registration and a brief session survey are at http://rwa.webex.com.  Once you've registered you will receive the session link and call in information via email.

If you indicate that you want to share information in one of the client led discussions you may be contacted by the call’s facilitator prior to the call for a brief discussion.  Clients who share information during the Redwood Forum help to enrich the Redwood Community.
