Course Overview
This interactive session lays the foundation for advanced analysis within a law firm, and is based on the same training Redwood’s consultants receive. Participants will receive a combination of instruction, hands-on casework and extensive dialogue. The goal of the course is to promote the development of participants’ analytic skill set by demonstrating its practical application in the daily environment of a law firm. This course is delivered by an instructor in a “group-live” environment.
Objectives:
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Define the law firm business model.
- Articulate a structured analytic process focusing on improvement.
- Name best practices in communicating analytic findings to different
business groups, including partners.
- Develop an action plan for producing results from analysis
