Employee Resource Groups:
Employee Resource Groups (ERGS) are independent, voluntary groups of employees who share common interests. ERGs are forums for employees that create and foster an inclusive environment in which employees feel challenged, empowered and supported in developing and maximizing their personal potential and value to the company. ERGs are open to all employees.

Our Women Connected ERG exists to maximize the potential of women through mentoring, education, networking and leadership development.

The mission of our Multicultural ERG is to promote awareness and appreciation of ethnic and cultural diversity through planned programs and communications. They provide a forum for employees to network, find mentors, learn more about the company and work to promote the business case for diversity and inclusion.

Our African Ancestry Network ERG seeks to foster and sustain an environment for employees of African ancestry who are supported and empowered to develop and maximize their potential and value within and outside of LexisNexis Risk Solutions.

The Veterans ERG supports and honors all of those who have served, or are serving, within any branch of the United States Military.
