Boys & Girls Clubs of America has contracted with LexisNexis to be its official background check provider for staff members and volunteers. The process is conducted through more than 4,000 Boys & Girls Clubs which provide life-changing programs for millions of children and teens.

Boys & Girls Clubs provide time-tested programs, taught by caring, professional staff members, who help to shape young people into well-rounded, responsible adults. Focusing on five core areas, Clubs introduce youth to fun and educational activities surrounding Character & Leadership, Education & Career, Health & Life Skills, The Arts and Sports, Fitness & Recreation programs.
Located throughout the country and on U.S. military bases worldwide, Clubs are all about kids and teens. Even older youth outside a Club can join in on the fun!
