Our staff, reachable through a toll-free number, can help an employer's candidates, employees and recruiters locate the nearest collection facility and schedule and confirm an appointment on the phone, eliminating the need for later phone calls. Written confirmation is also sent to the collection site and the applicant or employee, along with a map and driving directions.

Collection Site Management

All of our collection sites are closely monitored to ensure the highest quality of service and reliability, and all sites follow SAMHSA guidelines and take into consideration local, state and federal laws. Mobile specimen collection services are also available to customers when necessary.

On Staff Medical Review Officers

We provide an in-house staff of Medical Review Officers (MROs) who are dedicated to helping employers ensure the integrity of all their drug test results. Our MROs are experienced in the field of substance abuse recognition and rehabilitation and provide services in accordance with Federal Regulations as specified by the Department of Health and Human Resources (HHS).
