Natalie Cujes served as a Registrar of the Federal Court of Australia and of the Federal Magistrates Court between 2000 and 2009. She is currently Special Counsel in litigation at Bradley Allen Love Lawyers, an Adjunct Associate Professor of Law at the University of Canberra and the lecturer-in-charge of the undergraduate and Masters Business Law units at the University of New South Wales Canberra (Australian Defence Force Academy). She also serves on the Federal Court Liaison Committee of the Law Council of Australia.

Imtiaz Ahmed is a barrister at the New South Wales Bar with chambers at Sixth Floor, Selborne Wentworth Chambers. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Sydney and a Master of Laws from Harvard University.
