Craig Wappett is a partner at Johnson Winter and Slattery Lawyers. His principal areas of expertise are finance, securities and insolvency law. Craig has been a member of the Attorney General's Consultative Committee for the PPS reforms and has had long term involvement with various PPS reform initiatives since the early 1990s, including preparation of the so-called "Bond Bill" with the late Professor David Allan. He has had first-hand experience working with the Canadian and New Zealand PPS legislation and has written and presented extensively on this area of law.
