Moshinsky, N, QC
Nathan Moshinsky QC commenced practice at the Victorian Bar in 1964 and was appointed as Queen?s Counsel in 1988. He has engaged in criminal practice and was appointed as Crown counsel in Hong Kong between1972 to 1974. He has considerable experience in appellate work in State, Federal Courts and in the High Court. Nathan has contributed to many publications including Victorian Court Forms Precedents and Pleadings, Halsbury?s Laws of Australia and was the editor of the Federal Court volume of Practice and Procedure High Court and Federal Court.
Williams, D
David Williams is a barrister in private practice at the Queensland bar, admitted in 1999. He has served as a judge's associate and as a research officer for the Queensland Court of Appeal. His administrative law practice sends him to the Supreme Court for judicial review, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal and various disciplinary tribunals. He also practices in general commercial litigation, and intellectual property law.
