This precedent document is a template form of will leaving estate to children. It is a basic form of will whereby a testator leaves the estate to his or her children.
The precedent form of will includes clauses relating to:
· appointment of executors and trustees;
· presumption of survivorship (a seperate "presumption of survivorship" clause is provided for use in NT and SA); and
· disposition of the testator's estate among his or her children and (where any of the testator's children predeceases the testator) grandchildren.
