Lazar Sarna is a member of the Quebec bar and author of a number of highly acclaimed books and articles. Mr. Sarna is currently a Partner in the Montreal Law firm of Sarna Neudorfer. He was, from 1980 to 1997, a Partner at McCarthy Tétrault LLP, with an expertise in Commercial Litigation. Mr. Sarna is a highly sought expert witness in banking matters. He has taught as a sessional lecturer at McGill University in the past, and continues to do so at Concordia University.
