    • This desktop application allows you to:

  • Interact with government websites: Instantly check USCIS status information; Generate bar-coded DOS forms; Access the O*NET to locate a SOC Code.
  • Generate more than 17 different reports, customizable by filters allowing you to broaden or narrow your search with relevant criteria. Reports can be saved or printed in a variety of formats.
  • Create, assign and maintain case tasks with email notification of "To Do's"
  • Link to existing Lexis.com®, the Immigration Law Library on CD, SmartLinx® subscriptions.
  • Link to critical government websites to get information in "real time."
  • From the Case screen, view all staff assigned to the matter, contact information for the foreign national and petitioner, notes, "To Do's," and filing information.
  • Access government instructions with context sensitive help at form selection
  • Intake screens contain time-saving features such as changing current employment or residence to first prior employment or residence in the event of a client employment or residence change, just by clicking a button
  • Organize clusters of forms frequently prepared together as well as notes, related files and links.

    • The Immigration Law IDS provides automatic notification of the availability of Internet Updates and allows for immediate or delayed installation of the updates. This product must be installed on a computer that is "on-line."
