    Allen C. Goolsby


    Allen C. Goolsby is a partner in Hunton & Williams. Mr. Goolsby was the principal draftsman of the Virginia Stock Corporation Act. He also was a member of the Corporation Laws Committee of the American Bar Association's Section of Business Law, which has responsibility for the Revised Model Business Corporation Act. Mr. Goolsby is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Virginia Law School, where he served as the Associate Editor of the Virginia Law Review
