    Ervin A. Gonzalez


    Ervin A. Gonzalez is a partner at Colson Hicks Eidson, Coral Gables, Florida. Mr. Gonzalez is board certified as a specialist in civil trial law (personal injury and wrongful death cases) and business litigation law by The Florida Bar and The National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has 20 verdicts in excess of one million dollars and has settled numerous multi-million dollar cases throughout his career. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, as well as named in the "Best Lawyers in America", a "Who's Who of the Legal Profession's Top Practitioners" as evaluated and selected by their professional peers. He was also selected as one of the Best Lawyers in Florida by Florida Trend Magazine and in the nation by Leading American Attorneys. Further, he has been rated as one of the Leading Hispanic Lawyers In America. Mr. Gonzalez graduated from of the University of Miami School of Law, Juris Doctorate, 1985, cum laude, and is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law for the trial skills litigation program.
