    Childress, Steven Alan


    Steven Alan Childress is Associate Professor of Law at Tulane University Law School. He has written numerous articles on the federal appeals procedure, first amendment law, and the legal profession. He received his M.A. from University of California, Berkeley, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.

    Davis, Martha S.


    Martha S. Davis is Professor of Law at the University of South Dakota School of Law. She has written frequently on federal appeals, labor law, and voting rights. Her J.D. is from Baylor Law School. She received her LL.M. from Harvard Law School.
