    Luisa Kaye Hagemeier


    Luisa K. Hagemeier is Of Counsel at Pryor Cashman's Real Estate Litigation Group. A successful litigator on all ranges of commercial disputes in state and federal courts at all levels, she has also conducted arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association, the New York Stock Exchange, JAMS and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Before joining Pryor Cashman in 2007, Hagemeier was in charge of commercial litigation for the New York Daily News and U.S. News and World Report, was an associate at Hoguet Newman and Regal, LLP, was the assistant district attorney in the Appeals Bureau for the Kings County District Attorney's Office, and was counsel for Lawyers for Children. Ms. Hagemeier is a 1991 magna cum laude graduate of New York University School of Law, where she was Order of the Coif.

    Ira J. Lipton


    Ira J. Lipton is a senior counsel at the New York law firm of Hoguet Newman Regal and Kenney, LLP, known internationally for its expertise in commercial litigation, employment law, partnership disputes, and banking and letter of credit law. The author and co-author of books and case files, Lipton is an adjunct professor of law at the Brooklyn Law School, where he teaches in the Discovery Workshop. There students work on all aspects of discovery in the context of a simulated federal civil trial. Lipton received his B.A. (Phi Beta Kappa) from Skidmore College, before going on to the Brooklyn Law School, where he received his J.D. He specializes in commercial and employment litigation cases.
